PAE Team

The PAE team (Equine Assisted Psychotherapy) of the center for research and treatment of addictions (appointment) applies this pioneering technique in the cessation and rehabilitation of our patients. Cita is one of the reference detoxification centers in the world in the use of horses for addiction therapy.



Specialist in equine assisted psychotherapy techniques (P.A.E) and horse coaching. CEO and Founder of Equus Center; horse therapy is a technique to treat emotional problems, stress, depression and addictions, among others.
He uses the EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) methodology as a certified professional.

The P.A.E. It is a technique where aspects of the personality are worked on through interaction with the horse. It allows treating some disorders of mental and emotional health and specific needs of the human being such as behavior problems, attention deficit, eating disorders, addictions, substance abuse, relationship problems, communication, trust, fears, obsessions and self-esteem.



Sociotherapist and educator, she specialized in the field of drug addiction as a therapist and technician in drug addiction prevention at Projecte Home Catalunya. Training and experience as a Family and group therapist in the Youth program. Application and management of the School for parents in Projecte Home.

She has studied Psychology at her (UOC) and a Postgraduate Training in Psychodrama through the Continuing Education Institute of the University of Barcelona (IL3) and GRUP, espai de psicoteràpia.

She currently works at CITA as a therapist.



Graduated in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

She works as a day educator in our social integration program in Barcelona and as a psychologist in the outpatient regime. She is currently studying the Postgraduate Course in Clinical Psychopathology taught by the University of Barcelona.



She has a degree in Biology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and a degree in Psychology (UAB). She has a master’s degree in Adult Clinical Neuropsychology, a master’s degree in Psychological Update and is currently studying a master’s degree in General Health Psychology.

She has taken various courses such as Neurobiology of Psychiatric Disorders, Family Therapy and Psychological First Aid.
She is currently studying Gestalt Therapy Training.

She has worked as a psychologist at other centers and currently works as a therapist at CITA.
