How does it work?
Initial Assessment:
Once we receive a request for the legal advisory service, Joaquím Fàbregas, the team’s legal director, will contact the patient or the family to schedule an initial meeting. During this meeting, Joaquím Fàbregas will gather relevant information about the case and discuss possible options and solutions.
Transparent Budget:
After evaluating the case, a detailed budget will be provided, which will include the corresponding fees for the work. This budget will be based on the complexity of the case, the amount of work required, and the estimated duration of the legal process.
Advisory and Follow-up:
Once the budget has been accepted, continuous legal advice will be provided, and we will be available to answer questions, offer guidance, and help the family make informed decisions regarding the legal case in question.
Documentation and Communication:
In order to facilitate communication and access to information, from CITA Clinics we will attach an explanatory note about the legal advisory service to the documents that families must sign before being admitted to our clinic. This note will provide a clear description of the benefits and purpose of the service, as well as the contact details of Joaquím Fàbregas for any inquiries and requests for legal assistance that the patient may need.
