Sociotherapy Team
This team works with patients to help them navigate their time at CITA while guiding them in developing new habits and tools needed for life after rehab. They are specialists in the field of relapse prevention, emotional management and social skills and conduct individual and group sessions on these topics. The assigned sociotherapist sees patients twice a week and acts as a general companion-cum-mentor.
ANAÏS LÓPEZ
SOCIOTHERAPIST
Diploma in Social Education from the Complutense University of Madrid. Postgraduate in NLP, Coaching and Team Leadership. She is an expert in Mindfulness and Relapse Prevention. She has more than 20 years of experience, both with minors and with adults with drug addiction and dual pathology problems.

SOCIOTHERAPIST
Graduated in Social Education from UNED.
He has taken various courses such as Actions in Drug Addiction (Public Administration) and Evaluation and treatment of cocaine addiction, at the ALBORAN Higher Institute of Psychology.
He has performed therapeutic functions at the DIANOVA Clinic.
NURIA BAROT
SOCIOTHERAPIST
Gestalt therapist, trained at Institut Gestalt Barcelona.
She previously had a Higher Technical course in Social Integration in Puig i Cadafalch.
She is currently a Bachelor of Psychology student.
She is a tutor in the training of Gestalt therapists, at the Gestalt Barcelona school.
She has experience as a therapist in various centers and currently works at CITA as a sociotherapist.
MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ
SOCIOTHERAPIST
Degree in Political Science and Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Social Educator, collegiate number 10231.
She has worked as a Technical Educator Assistant at Grup Catalònia, a Social Educator at Contact Youth and a trainer at General Electric. She is currently practicing as an expert Sociotherapist in drug addiction at CITA.
PAULA MOYA
SOCIOTHERAPIST
Graduate in Social Integration.
She has worked as a monitor and educator in the social field with disabled people.
She currently works at CITA as a monitor carrying out supervision and assistance tasks.
She has also carried out therapeutic accompaniment.
SARA PORTABELLA
SOCIOTHERAPIST
Graduate in Social Integration.
She is currently continuing her training in the field of psychology.
She has worked as a social integrator in the field of children at risk and with adolescents in socio-labour reintegration.
She currently works at CITA as a monitor carrying out tasks of supervision, assistance and therapeutic accompaniment.
