Monitors
The monitors are the most visible of all CITA staff and are truly immersed into daily life – there are at least two monitors working at all times. They accompany and support patients through the recovery process while also performing a wide-ranging array of tasks, from room checks or ensuring attendance of groups and individual sessions to giving access to phones and other controlled items. General monitoring and the enforcement of rules are also of course part of their duties.
